SolutionsTransformation & change

Twenty stakeholder interviews at kickoff. Then nobody asks them again.

Each takes an hour of their calendar and an hour of your notes, so the second round rarely happens. Send the client's people one Metafora instead, at every milestone. One page shows who changed their mind.

If you lead the change from inside: ask the people in the org chart before it changes.

Illustrative. Every name and company is fictional.

One page, the whole programme.

Each milestone is a chapter of the same page. Ask a chapter again, and the page says who changed their mind since.

What you walk away with.

One page, your discovery readout: every sentence with the name of who said it, in your AI tools or as text anywhere.

Their time, by hand or with one link.

Both sides count their time, not yours. Set the headcount to your own.

By interview

20 hours

20 interviews × an hour of their time

Their hour only. Your hour of notes on each interview comes on top.

With one link

about 4 minutes

20 people at once, about 4 minutes each

Each invitation says about 4 minutes: three or four answers in their own words, then four quick choices.

Before it reaches the client.

Whose name do they see?
Yours. The invitation carries your name, and replies come to you. A firm with a plan can send from its own address.
What do they see of each other?
Nothing. Each person is interviewed alone: nobody else asked sees their answer or their name, and only what they approve reaches you.
What do I hand the client?
The page, or its export as text: every sentence with the name of who said it, or with the names taken out.

Your first Metafora starts with your work email.
